[Dosage & Administrators]

Intramuscular injection with one dose dissolved in 2 ml water for injection, one dose daily and four weeks as a treatment cycle. Frequent continuous doses can be applied as per the doctor’s prescribing based on severity disease for each patient.

[Adverse reactions]

1. No serious adverse reactions. Transient elevation of transaminase for few patients was observed during the clinical trials.

2. The most frequent adverse reactions were pain at the injection site which occurred in 85% of patients, pain at lower limbs of injection site which occurred in 29% of patients. It does not need any specific treatment generally, occasionally severe symptom needed orally analgesic remedy.

3. The less frequent adverse reactions observed in clinical studies include: dizziness and insomnia. These incidences were no evident difference compare with the placebo group.
